Come join us to celebrate the 17th Annual Birdies for Bracelets Golf Tournament at Meadowood Golf & Tennis Club on Saturday, September 25, 2021. There will be cash prizes, 50/50 winnings, raffle prizes and our celebrated "Improve Your Game" Bloody Mary/Screwdrive Bar!

***Please register individually, even if you are playing with a foursome. We would like to record all those who are playing and recognize them for their generosity. In the box "Team", please the names of your players and/or your Team Name. This way, we can make sure to add you to the correct team. If you are golfing solo, we will add you with other solo golfers. To the green!!!! If you are sponsoring and have additional golfers, complete the registration form and a PROMO code will pop up to register your teammates (since you've already paid for them!)

This year, we are adding prized categories to foursomes dressing up in style! Get creative and see if your team can win a wacky prize and lay claim to the title of: " Most Creative Outfit" , "Best 80's Band Outfits", "Best Roaring 20's Outfits", and "Best Rocking 70's Outfits". Name your team and let us know what you decide to call yourselves. Maybe you'll look the part and wear matching team shirts or join in the fun and get dressed up! Game on! Be sure to include your Team Name in registration for ALL your team members!

Tournament Sponsor - $2500 (1 More Available)

The Tournament sponsor will have their business name mentioned in all tournament advertising, press releases and at least 5x social media/radio ads, their banner/logo* prominently displayed on the tournament day program, tee sign placed at the hole number of choice, space for 4x promotional items to be included in the golfer’s goody bags, business logo and web link on our website for the rest of 2021 and 2 (two) foursome golfer entries ($800 value) into the golf tournament.   (*must provide banner for display by September 10th)

Eagle Sponsor - $1500 (3 Available) 

The Eagle sponsor will have their business name mentioned in at least 3x social media/radio ads, mentioned on all tournament day advertising, tee sign, space for 3x promotional items to be included in the golfer’s goody bags, business logo and web link on our website for the rest of 2021, and 1 (one) foursome golfer entry in the golf tournament ($400 value)

Beverage Cart Sponsor - $1000 (1 Available)

The Beverage Cart sponsor includes1 (one) foursome golfer entry in the golf tournament , their signage prominently displayed on the beverage cart, tournament day recognition, a tee sign, business logo and web link on our website for the rest of 2021, and space for 3x promotional items to be included in the golfer’s goody bags.

Hole-In-One Sponsor - $500-FILLED

This sponsorship has been filled by Moonswiners BBQ in Fort Pierce and will provide the Hole-In-One winner with a year’s worth of Fort Pierce’s Finest BBQ at Moonswiners BBQ ($500 gift card)

Bracelet Sponsors - $400 (Unlimited Available) 

This sponsorship includes tournament day recognition, business name in tournament day advertising and announcements, business logo and web link on our website for the rest of 2021, and space for 1x promotional item/flyer to be included in the golfer’s goody bags.

Tee Signs - $100 (15 Available) 

Promote your business and help support our efforts with a tee sign displaying your company logo on the course! It also includes space for one promotional item to be included in the golfer’s goody bags.
